What It Is
Ready Seal is an oil-based penetrating stain and sealer in one — 'The Contractor's Goof-Proof Secret.' Because it soaks into the wood instead of forming a film, it can't peel or blister; it simply wears away gradually and re-coats without stripping or sanding.
How Our Crews Use It
This is our deck-board answer. Horizontal wood under Michigan snow destroys film-forming finishes, so we put down a coating that fails gracefully: Ready Seal fades instead of flaking, and maintenance coats blend invisibly.

Nine mixable colors. Light traffic after 48–72 hours, full cure at 72. Honest lifespan: 1–3 years on horizontal surfaces, 3–5 on verticals — recoats blend invisibly. Exterior, above-ground use only.
