What It Is
A clear acrylic sealer that consolidates porous, chalky masonry so topcoats bond to solid substrate instead of surface dust — while staying breathable, so moisture vapor escapes rather than blistering the finish.
How Our Crews Use It
First coat on most of our painted-brick projects. Brick that drinks the first pass of paint unevenly telegraphs forever; sealing first is how we get the uniform fields you see in our gallery.
